Replacement Stem for the Mansfield style wall hydrant manufactured from 2006 to April 2013. This replacement stem is for the "Original Style" half turn 400 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with left hand packing and is pre tapped (threaded) for the handle screw. Replacement stem is 8 in. overall length and will work for the original model 478 04 half turn (smart turn 180 handle) wall hydrant,
